GenderDoc-M (full name, "Community-Based Organisation Information Centre
'GenderDoc-M' ") is a community-based organisation founded in Chisinau on 10
April 1998 and registered with the Ministry of Justice on 8 May 1998. The
Statutes of the organization were amended on 19 November 2002 and
re-registered with the Ministry of Justice on 20 December 2002.
The
goal of the organization is "To create a documentation fund, to render
information services and provide users with certain reliable, complete, and
operative information referring to resolution of both current and bygone
gender (relations among sexes) problems by the society."

The flag of GenderDoc-M is light blue with the logo of the organization
in the middle, as shown on a photo depicting Clare Dimyon bearing the flag
during the Moldova PRIDE 2009.
